Minimum 3 years experience of accounts experience and administrative/ clerical/ receptionist background (please provide references)
Education qualifications (degree, diploma, or certificate in administration and business/ accounts)
Proficient in English
A customer-service oriented attitude
Able to work independently to meet deadlines
Possess effective communicative and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in intermediate Excel & other MS office application
Meticulous, independent and has good analytical and problem solving skills
Work during business operation hours i.e. from afternoon to night, 5.5/6-day work week not exceeding 44 hours per week/ part-time minimum 6 hours shift
