Responsibilities: 1. Receives clients and visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing them to the appropriate person or office2. Ask clients to complete the information needed for their procedure. Via digital or manual process3. Answers, screens and forwards incoming phone calls4. Provide basic and accurate information on offered services, via in-person, phone or email5. Receives and sorts daily mails and emails6. Releases patient results with utmost confidentiality7. Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g. forms, pens, brochures, and the like)8. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via reception desk (monitor logbook, visitor badges or queuing numbers)9. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock10. Update calendars and schedule meetings11. Arrange for delivery courier booking, if needed12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and photocopying13. Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures14. Ensure smooth flow of service by communicating all necessary information to other departmentsRequirements and Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree or certification in Office Management or equivalent2. At least one (1) year experience as a receptionist in healthcare industry is preferred3. Customer service skills4. Multitasking and time management skills5. Ability to prioritize tasks6. Organized and keen to details7. Resourceful and proactive when issues arise8. Good written and verbal communication skills9.
