Job Description

1. Act as ambassador in communicating image as a high-quality service provider to all client's callers and visitors.2. Promptly and efficiently answer to all telephone calls and inquiries that come through the telephone switchboard system and direct them to the right client's employee, department or extension.3. Greet and receives visitors who have prior appointments with client's employee, noting down their names and informing the relevant employee of guest's arrival.4. Ensures that the reception area is impeccable conditions at all times.5. Records and keeps reception-related documents e.g. logbook, tracker, etc whatever is applicable and approved by client6. Provide related administrative support to facilities and HK team e.g. service requestJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:
