Job Title: Administrative & Front Desk Executive



Scope of Services / Job Responsibilities:


Front Desk Duties


Attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries from students, parents, vendors, visitors, and customers, and direct them to the relevant departments or staff. Handle incoming mail and distribute to the relevant staff. Issue keys to students and staff when required. Organize and maintain updated copies of administrative documents and distribute them when necessary. Provide relevant forms and documents to staff upon request. Attend to students in the sick bay and maintain the student injury logbook. Follow up with staff and parents on student injuries in accordance with safety SOPs. Contact parents of unwell students or those dismissed early. Retrieve and update daily staff attendance reports from the school system. Maintain the staff time-off logbook and ensure applications are duly approved. Manage lost-and-found cases and maintain proper records.

Administrative Support Duties



File procurement and payment documents for all departments, ensuring necessary approvals. Maintain payment records and ensure all payment vouchers are properly accounted for. Check monthly ad-hoc bus booking records and tally them with vendor billing reports; follow up on discrepancies. Assist in temperature-taking exercises and other ad-hoc school activities.
