Your Role
As the first face our clients meet, you'll play a key part in creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism Handle appointment bookings and scheduling via phone or WhatsApp Manage clinic front-desk operations and payments Support clinic administration and daily operations Coordinate with physiotherapists and trainers for smooth client flow Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentation
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma qualification Prior experience in clinic, spa, or customer service preferred Friendly, organized, and service-oriented personality Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Calendar, or clinic management software Able to work on half-day on Saturdays
