Scope of Services
As a Receptionist, you will perform frontline reception duties and support the Administration Team to ensure smooth daily operations within the school.
Responsibilities include:
Providing good frontline customer service, including handling telephone and in-person enquiries, and assisting students and staff.
Managing and compiling data, as well as drafting simple correspondences.
Collecting and verifying documents.
Performing general office administrative duties, ad-hoc logistics and operational support.
Carrying out any other general duties or projects assigned by the school.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
Preferably
21 years and above
, responsible, mature, and mobile.
Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
a. Certificate/Nitec/Higher Nitec in Office Skills, Service Skills, Business Studies, Accounting, Business Administration, Business IT, or Secretarial Practice;
or
b. Minimum
3 GCE 'O' Level passes
including English or Mathematics, or equivalent ESS Career Readiness Certificate (Operations);
or
c. Minimum
3 GCE 'N' Level passes
including at least P3 in English and Mathematics, or equivalent WPLN Level 5.
Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
At least
2 years of relevant experience
in frontline customer service or general administration, preferably in a school environment.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using IT systems.
Knowledge of
basic first-aid
is an added advantage.
