Roles & Responsibilities Receiptionist reports to Organisation Manager/Director. Hairlux is focused to building a cultural history that prioritizes job satisfaction, reliability, continuous improvement, and the recruitment and development of a better workplace.
Individual to be active in: 1. Manage client appointments, last minute arrangement 2. Hands-on experience with office equipment
3. Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with a customer service attitude
4. Provide solid organization and record-keeping skills
Job Requirements
1. Learn to coomunicate, receiving and arrange appointments via call/text/email/ and recording them accurately into our reservation system
2. Monitor and manage bookings from third party websites to avoid double booking
3. Other ad-hoc duties as instructed by managers e.g. creating and posting on social media accounts
