AETOS Capital Group Pty. Ltd. (AETOS) is a renowned Australian broker specializing in financial products trading services.AETOS Support Services is a wholly owned operational office within the AETOS Capital Group of companies. AETOS Support Services team in Singapore consists of the departments of IT, Dealing, Operation and Finance.

About the Role - :

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
• Keeps a safe & clean reception and break area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in speaking and reading Mandarin to communicate with our Chinese speaking co-workers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or "N" Level in any fields.
• Quick learner who has high adaptability and is comfortable with tight deadlines and pressure

Note: Candidate must be authorized to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Working Hours: 5 days’ work week
