We have positions for highly motivated and committed individuals to join our Firm: Receptionist Responsibilities: Undertake overall reception duties Manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner Attend to guests and assist to serve beverages when required Replenish stationery in the meeting rooms and assist with setting-up Audio Visual equipment when required Manage meeting room bookings Assist with administrative duties Requirements: Minimally 2 years of relevant experience in a receptionist / front-desk role is required At least GCE O' level certificate or equivalent Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Proficient in English with good communication skills, being the first point of interaction with guests Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
