What this job involves:
About the Role
You will be responsible for the front desk and concierge service at our Abbott Duo Tower in Singapore. This person will have a true dedication to providing a first-class service to all visitors and staff, ensuring a warm and welcome greeting. They will be the go to person to assist with meeting room bookings, visitor / contractor badges and assisting with onboarding new staff members. They need to have a professional level of service yet blend into the culture of the Singapore office - help to create a fun workplace.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do
Manage Front Desk (8:30am to 5:30pm) including welcoming all visitors, staff and contractors

5 days per week (Mon- Fri)

Replying on Daily Emails on any visitors pass issue (Reactivation/Deactivation of Visitor pass, request of Visitors passes in advance by the admins

In-Charge of Visitor Pass Management

Carpark Arrangements for Visitors (for Events)

Assisting in Season Parking Quarterly Payments /Adhoc

Assisting in covering Receptionist duties at level 23

Receive incoming shipments such as office supplies, mails etc., and ensure smooth handover to Facilities Coordinator for dissemination (when covering reception duties at level 23)

Provide support for Internal & External events

Collaborate with the Environmental Health and Safety team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need
3-5 Years Reception & Concierge experience with a friendly and easy going personality while also being professional, very perceptive and disciplined.

Pleasant and professional, ability to carry herself well in front of visitors.

Strong communication skills with attention to detail

Reliability and ability to work closely within a team environment

Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a busy workplace

Approachable, presentable and professional with the ability to cater to varying asks of the business
