We\'re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our all-women\'s gym team in the bustling Raffles Place. Key Responsibilities:
Part-time hours: 20 per week Salary: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per month Benefits:
- Provide exceptional service by warmly welcoming members and assisting with check-ins to ensure a positive experience.
- Respond to and address any member concerns or questions.
- Efficiently manage bookings, cancellations, and reconfirmations for members and visitors.
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager as needed.
- Career progression is available and commissions will be provided.
- A passionate, high-energy individual with an upbeat personality and an interest in the wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Candidates with relevant qualifications, customer service experience, or no prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
