We are currently seeking a Receptionist to support our U.P. Singapore Gym.
This position is available as a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Familiarise yourself with the company\'s system software, update appointment calendars.
- Handle large payment transactions.
- Multitasking, e.g. taking orders and making pre/post-workout beverages.
- Amiable and endearing personality.
- Taking initiative and working well independently.
- Warmly welcome clients and attend to potential customers, always ready.
- Keep the reception area neat and tidy at all times.
- Answer incoming calls to address enquiries.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Liaise with suppliers
Job Type: full-time permanent.
Hours: Full-time: Weekdays 12pm to 9pm; Weekends and public holidays 7am to 4pm.
Requirements:
No experience/fresh graduates are welcome.
