Roles & Responsibilities for Receptionist
OVERALL ROLE
To provide an overall support on Facilities Management oversight services and assist the team with operational activities in Front Desk role, Occupancy Services, Security and JLL E-Fit Helpdesk.
To ensure Hygiene and Environment Safety of the site.
Receptionist
Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls including distribution of messages to selective divisions.
Responsible for onboarding process for new employees such as photo-taking & process employee card access.
To receive/inform respective client employees including co-ordination & guide visitors accordingly.
Provide assistance in general administrative activities and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Facilities Management Team
Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations on behalf of the client.
Ensure knowledge of staff movement such as resignees & new joiners of the organization etc.
Assist with the Goods Receipt
Able to manage & provide assistance to user when required with their expectations and requirements.
Ad-hoc assistance on season parking matters for users
Assist in assigning phone extensions to employees
To ensure & coordinate pantry/stationery supplies are always in stock.
