Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to walk-in clients and over-the-phone callers.
  • Maintain effective communication with Headquarters for follow-ups, updates, and reporting.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 44 hours work week/ Mon- Sun 12pm- 9pm (2 weekday off days)
