Job Description

Working Hours:



Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of hr lunch break Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays



Skills:



Minimum

GCE 'O'

level qualification Experience in

school environment of minimum 1 year

, preferably in a primary school. Competent use of

Microsoft Word or Excel

Preferably have

minimum 1 year of experience attending customers

and handling documentation in a primary school. Preferably equipped with skills in

customer service

eg. Communication and problem-solving skills Is

customer-centric, good team player

, able to work under pressure and adaptable

Job Scopes:



Attend to queries by school stakeholders

(parents, students, suppliers) via walk-in and telephone calls Provide

simple administrative support

to the General Office *

Any other tasks or duties

as assigned by the Authority
