JOB DESCRIPTION Department: General Administration Report to: GA Executive Functional Relationships with: All department POSITION PROFILE: Based in: Singapore The successful candidate will: Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Management of Mailing & Courier (incoming & outgoing and distribution, etc)
  • Business Trip Arrangement (Air Ticketing, Hotel, Claims)
  • Management of company car keys, park pass, meeting rooms & etc
  • Guests Management (Issuance of wifi, serving of drinks, pantry & etc)
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
  • Any Ad hoc duties assignment

Ability / Competency Required:
  • N/O/A Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active
  • Positive attitude in a challenging work environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to perform multi-tasking
