As a Reconciliation Ops Analyst, you will be able to work on and help service our customer base, learn new ways of working, and build delightful high-quality experiences for our customers.

Working with a team of passionate digital bankers, and leveraging on the latest technology, you will be instrumental in providing differentiated operational service for the new virtual bank, Phoenix. Our aim is to provide the state-of-art service to our retail customers and change the way people bank with us.

  • Daily Operations

  • Manage reconciliation activities including ensuring that the reconciliation platform run as intended and following up on and escalating any unresolved reconciliation items ("exceptions")
  • Perform manual and auto-reconciliation for cash as well as securities.
  • Liaise with the reconciliation platform vendor when there is a breakdown in the platform and when reconciliation platform needs to be reconfigured.
  • Handle queries from internal stakeholders including other functions and teams.
  • Ensure SLAs on reconciliation platform support and maintenance are met.
  • Support Banking Operations Lead in operational planning and monthly reporting to management.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Banking Operations Lead.


  • Project-based Duties

  • Maintain the Reconciliation process flows and standard operating procedures documentation.
  • Work cross-function to participate in process improvement exercises and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in projects where required.
  • Partake in UAT for Banking Operations systems where necessary.
  • Assess the risk controls in place and make recommendations for improvements where required.

Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in banking, including experience in reconciliation.
  • Preferably has had experience working with a reconciliation platform.
  • Is detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Is comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills.
