My client is a leading Technology industry player, currently hiring a driven and analytical individual to support regional Sales Management in sales reporting, analysis and data analytics portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in supporting Sales Operations, exposure in data analytics, familiar with and able to build reports on Tableau, Salesforce or other data analytics tools
• Industry exposure from Technology or FMCG sectors (or industries where you handle a lot of data set / data points)
• Traits: Excellent communication skills required, proactive, assertive, meticulous and has good stakeholder engagement skills
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants only

Job Scope
As the Sales Ops Analyst, you will be an individual contributor in analyzing business needs and providing data and recommendation to support Sales Operations, Marketing and other commercial functional divisions. You will prepare sales reporting, data analysis, review and ensure accuracy of performance and commission reporting, build and create reports on Salesforce, Tableau and various other systems to support in business decision making processes. You will also prepare and present sales forecasts, manage different system interfaces relating to data and sales reporting and actively involved in process improvement and data analysis projects across the region.

** Strong communication skills and the ability to build reports on data analytics tools will be essential in this position.
