About the Role
The individual for this role will be responsible for reconciliation of receivable from clients and work through collections of outstanding accounts receivable. Competitive candidates must have excellent customer service skills and strong team orientation.
What You’ll Do
- Daily Recon/Validation of KDC Remittances from Fareye data versus bank deposits (BDO/Metrobank/BPI/MLhuillier/GCash)
- Generate daily reports from Fareye & ML Portal to sort per KDC
- Matching of the report from Fareye versus ML Portal per KDC
- Update COD Collection Report GSheets based on Fareye and ML Portal per KDC
- Reconcile total collection versus Fareye Amount Collected
- Inform the OSS team if there’s a shortage of remittances
- Reconciliation of collections – Fareye vs. ML Portal vs. Bank statements
What You’ll Need
- College Graduate - any business-related course preferably Accounting
- With at least one (1) year of experience in a related field
- Must know accounting and reconciliation
- Can work effectively and independently with sensitivity to deadlines
- With a high degree of accuracy and keenness to details
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Hardworking

The management is mindful of including financial infrastructure for everything the company does.
Our Accounting Team, we have adopted a backward-looking discipline, providing a historical lens on the details of what happened. This is aligned with the mandate to provide accurate financial statements based on past periodic, quarterly and annual financial performance.
We are also growing our FP&A to primarily embrace a forward-looking discipline. While FP&A is also frequently involved in historical analysis and trend reporting, its biggest value-add is providing insight into the company’s future financial performance, most commonly by using financial modeling which incorporates a variety of parameters and sources.
