Together, let\'s redefine possibilities and leave a legacy that echoes for generations.What you will be working on:In this role, you will: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the Board\'s records retention and disposal processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain an effective records classification system. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to records management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leverage new technologies to enhance, automate, or revolutionise the Board\'s records management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilise data analytics and reporting capabilities to derive insights from the Board\'s records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Devise and execute plans for more effective digital records management in the Board. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administer records systems according to IM4L, IM8, and other emerging requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with system vendors on identified problem areas and solutioning. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform user acceptance testing and post-implementation verification. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide consultancy on records systems and records management-related matters to users and stakeholders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the Group/ Department for Budget Administration, Risk Management, or in areas to be assigned.What we are looking for:We value the diverse talents and experiences that each individual brings to the table. While mastery of every requirement may not be necessary, familiarity and expertise in some of the following areas will position you for success within this team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience in records management, with a focus on digital records and information governance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess strong understanding of records management standards, regulations, and best practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in using artificial intelligence, robotic process automation (RPA), or machine learning technologies is beneficial for effectively leveraging advanced tools and techniques in records management processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior experience in managing or contributing to IT projects preferred. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and integration of technology solutions into records management practices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate strong ability to think critically and analytically. The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences. Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board with an option to renew, contingent upon confirmation and subject to organisational needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
