Job Description


Requirements:

  • Manages end-to-end hiring process and ensure a great candidate and Hiring leader experience.
  • Manages executive sourcing, screening, assessment, interview, and offer processes to acquire the best candidates with speed and quality.
  • Manages a pipeline of candidates and maintain good working relationship with both hiring managers and candidates.
  • Owns full lifecycle recruitment activities for a regional/functional segment, ensuring superior candidate experience, while staying abreast of new hiring practices and trends.
  • Enacts broader recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of qualified and diverse talent.
  • Sources and identifies talent through traditional and non-traditional sourcing channels, while building and maintaining robust active and passive candidate pipeline
  • Works with Hiring Leader to manage hiring volume and headcount goals, gathers key input for candidate slates, and provides feedback on candidates and influences hiring decisions.
  • Updates and posts job, manages talent pools and requisitions, and dispositions candidates.
  • Conducts first round interview, intake meetings, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments.
  • Structures new offers, works with compensation team to determine appropriate packages, negotiates offer, and makes offer edits, as necessary.
  • Communicates proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • At least 5 years of recruitment for C-Suite or Director level roles.
  • Experience utilizing current Talent Acquisition tools such as Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience working in Compliance driven organization and has experience in Recruitment within technology or finance industry or any relevant field.
  • Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to partner with, advise, and influence Hiring Leaders in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
