Job Title : Recruiter/Assistant Manager

We are expanding and hiring Recruiters/Assistant Manager/Manager to support our clients\' requirements.Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and on boarding support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process for potential business growth.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Meeting sales targets as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferred to have CEI Certification. The shortlisted candidate is expected to take the certification before/within joining).
• Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced agency environment. Candidates with more experience will be considered for managerial positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Results-driven mind-set with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
