We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Experience 1-3 years in recruitment related space
Coorditination skills
Experienced with ATS
Ability to communicate in English and Chinese (to work with counterparts from the designated regions)
Scheduling candidate interviews
Acting as liaison between recruiters and candidates
Generating offer letters
Submitting and monitoring background checks
Monitoring candidate completion of onboarding documents
Coordinating travel for interview purposes
Ensuring that the candidate has the best experience from start to finish
Helped design, optimizing and implementing new software systems for live/on demand interviewing as well as ATS software
Lead tester on end-to-end testing for business processes in newly implemented ATS
Lead for onboarding new coordinators as well as constructing and implementing training plan
Participating as buddy for newly onboarded coordinators in order to assist in getting set up and navigating company environment and culture
Assisted with SOX Audits
