Job Description

Recruitment and Training OfficerMAIN FUNCTION

  • In charge of conducting training and orientation to newly hired agents
  • Source for agents
  • Utilize social media channels and platforms in generating leads
  • Monitor progress of newbies
  • Cross sell
  • In charge of promoting the products
  • Meet weekly and monthly quotas
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System and trackers
  • Work closely with Management Trainee for any contingent tasks
  • Collate employee requirements
  • Form a team of agents
  • Monitor sales blitz
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php12,000.00 per monthBenefits:
