RECRUITMENT & TRAINING OFFICERSUMMARY: The Recruitment & Training Officer is primarily responsible for providing logistical, administrative and operational support to the Operations Team by on-field training, back-checking all activation and merchandising programs according to the Client's specifications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Conducts on-field training for the Activation & Merchandising Supervisors (AMS) and Project Coordinators and Refillers in their day to day operations and concerns.
  • Briefs concerned personnel on the details and requirements of the Client's instructions and advice. Ensures that all instructions, responsibilities and operational details are clearly understood by the implementing personnel.
  • Meets with local clients or sales force for operational concerns when needed.
  • Conducts regular audits of sub-ordinates accountabilities (funds, premiums, stocks, etc.) and ensure that the company policies and other instructions relating to proper care and control of funds and stocks are religiously followed.
  • Conducts regular visits to project sites, warehouses and workplace to ensure the efficient execution of ongoing projects.
  • Proposes to immediate superior activities that enhance subordinates' skills thru structured field coaching and customized classroom training.
  • Develop external relations with third-party suppliers, Local government Unit (LGUs), and other stakeholders.
Provides administrative support to the Finance Team in terms of double-checking, validating and checking submitted liquidations. Prepares and reports any Company Policy violation to HR and OM.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Directly reports to the Operations Manager.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Carries out supervisory in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training subordinate employees, assigning and directing work; appraising performance of subordinates, addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably of any marketing related course.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must have a solid background of at least 5 years supervisory experience preferably in the field of Marketing services.SKILLS REQUIRED: Must be knowledgeable in computer operations, preferably database and Windows-based applications; must be able to write comprehensive reports and be able to analyze and interpret graphical data.PERSONAL QUALITIES REQUIRED: Must have a strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and can work under pressure; strong leadership skills; a team player.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php10,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per monthBenefits:
