As a Recruitment Consultant Associate, you will be involved in the full recruitment and advisory process. You will work closely with senior consultants and engage with clients and candidates from the start.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research, source and engage candidates, and support the placement process Partner with clients in financial services and insurance to understand hiring needs Develop and share market insights on hiring and talent trends Contribute to business development, marketing, and operational projects
Requirements:
Degree in any discipline Up to 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, consulting, financial services, or professional services (e.g., Big 4). Fresh graduates with strong interest in these areas are welcome to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, resourceful, and motivated to learn in a boutique, fast-paced environment
