Responsibilities:
  • Specialized in IT industry hiring and involve in end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Involve in requirements gathering with hiring managers and/or clients to identify their recruitment needs & selection criteria
  • Participate in recruitment projects from sourcing, advertising, interviewing, engagement, offer, etc
  • Develop & maintain a portfolio of key client stakeholders
Requirements:
  • min. Diploma & above
  • Good in communication & passion into recruitment activities
  • Growth mindset & comfortable in fast-paced sales environment
