Identify potential business opportunities and clientele to conduct business development activity . Business Development, Account Management and Account Development . Active candidate sourcing and screening of CVs through resourceful means including various platforms/portals . Work alongside hiring managers to ensure that their expectations are met . Marketing initiatives to gain exposure and promote brand awareness Requirements: . A strong communicator with strong sense of responsibility to their work . 1- Possess a hunter-like personality to thrive in a sales environment . Strong team player and able to multi-task in such an environment . 2 years of experience in a sales related job. . Candidates with CEI would have an added advantage
