What and Who makes a Good Recruiter?

A good recruiter has a strong sense of ownership to the desk that they operate in. They are excellent communicators in writing and speech. Very strong sense of urgency in getting things done, and enjoy his/her time in talking to people. A good listener, and a better respondent to provide career advice and selling relevant opportunities to job seekers. He/She has a bold personality, and curious nature. Always probing and establishing stronger relationship with clients and candidates. Cope well with stress in a fast-paced work environment, and is always working towards hitting personal and team targets.

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Manage 360-degree end to end recruitment

\xc2\xb7 Identify potential business opportunities and clientele to conduct business development activity

\xc2\xb7 Business Development, Account Management and Account Development

\xc2\xb7 Active candidate sourcing and screening of CVs through resourceful means including various platforms/portals

\xc2\xb7 Work alongside hiring managers to ensure that their expectations are met

\xc2\xb7 Marketing initiatives to gain exposure and promote brand awareness

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 A strong communicator with strong sense of responsibility to their work

\xc2\xb7 1- Possess a hunter-like personality to thrive in a sales environment

\xc2\xb7 Strong team player and able to multi-task in such an environment

\xc2\xb7 2 years of experience in a sales related job.

\xc2\xb7 Candidates with CEI would have an added advantage
