As a Recruiter, you'll be the bridge between amazing talent and our team, helping us expand with like-minded, driven individuals!
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews)
Reach out to potential candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
Conduct initial conversations to understand candidate fit and career goals
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires
Assist in planning recruitment campaigns and events
Work closely with team leaders and managers on hiring needs
What We're Looking For:
Diploma / Degree holders
Great communication & interpersonal skills (you're a people person!)
Proactive, self-motivated, and enjoy talking to new people
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
No prior recruitment experience required - training provided
