・Experience of working in a Japanese-owned company .
・Must have experience as a salesperson in a Nikkei building maintenance company.
・Have a Japanese sense of aesthetics and sanitation.
・Ability to read and write in Japanese at a business level.
・Must have the ability to communicate smoothly with Japanese people in Japanese.
