Job Description


・Ability to understand our company culture and to adopt to it ・Good communication skills with clients and colleagues ・Ability to understand and incorporate Japanese corporate culture . ・Ability to comply with our SOPs. ・Ability to solve problems and complaints. ・Ability to report, communicate and consult with superiors and colleagues in a qualified manner. ・Must have experience of working in the cleaning industry (at least 3 years). ・Must be able to prepare sales documents such as quotations and proposals. ・Must be able to co-ordinate well with relevant internal departments. ・Must have experience in strategic planning for social networking and media. ・Must have knowledge of installing, setting up and supporting IT-related equipment. ・Experience of working in a Japanese-owned company . ・Must have experience as a salesperson in a Nikkei building maintenance company. ・Have a Japanese sense of aesthetics and sanitation. ・Ability to read and write in Japanese at a business level. ・Must have the ability to communicate smoothly with Japanese people in Japanese.
