What will your day look like
The Onboarding Consultant drives candidate experience by assessing business and employee needs, delivering end-to-end allboarding journey for various geographies. This post provides proactive advice and guidance to People Leaders, internal and external (permanent or contingent) candidates and other stakeholders, navigating solutions and taking accountability for the employee experience. The role holder supports J&M's operational accountabilities by maintaining up to date and accurate records across ServiceNow, People Hub Portal and other associated systems and databases.
Key accountabilities include:
Understand business needs and executing on end-to-end delivery of employee journeys (i.e. Delivery of allboarding services, background checking and associated payroll activities for permanent and contingent)
Work closely with Recruitment, Payroll teams to identify and solve issues relating to any of the following services onboarding, crossboarding, offboarding, compliance, payroll
Receive, prioritise and resolve employee queries and cases aligned to the Tribe and team mission and scope, taking end-to-end ownership of the employee experience following appropriate policies and procedures
Based on information coming through from queries, identify and drive process improvements resulting in efficiencies
Participate in analysing process breaks, identifying root causes and preventative controls keeping employee experience in mind
Create relevant case reports aligned to the team's mission and journey
Support internal risk assessments, control design and testing and risk remediation activities
Ensure risk and compliance and risk obligations are met through the onboarding and background checking process
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive track record/ experience in operations/ HR delivery, with keen attention to details in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal supervision
Strong stakeholder management skills, with previous experience managing challenging stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
Strong case management and problem solving who can act collaboratively to work through the issues within and across teams
Demonstrated ability to provide solutions that protect stakeholders and end users and proactively address risks
Strong understanding of the joining and moving employee experience
Background in complex enterprise organisations.
Understanding of financial services/banking
