Are you familiar with the Wealth Management business and passionate about both stakeholder management and candidate experience?We\'re looking for an Associate Recruiter to:

  • Partner with Strategic Recruiters to identify and pipeline Client Advisor candidates for hiring
  • Run regular meetings with Strategic Recruiters to ensure up-to-date pipelines
  • Act as an ambassador of UBS and deliver best-in-class candidate onboarding experience for our front office talent
  • manage relationships with hiring managers and other HR specialists including reward, talent and diversity
  • contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or ad-hoc projects

We\'re problem solvers for hiring managers and helping UBS grow its wealth management business. You\'ll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset - our people.Your expertise
  • ideally 5+ years of recruiting experience in front office hiring in the wealth management or private banking industry
  • ability to source and gather market intelligence
  • strong process management skills to onboard new hires
  • excellent communicator, strong in attracting and engaging talent especially passive candidates
  • ambassador of UBS values and able to identify candidates which share our beliefs
  • multitasker, well organized and able to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • great at presenting ideas, securing candidates and providing a seamless onboarding experience
