What will you do?

Due to continued growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to work with a fast paced, outcome focused HR team. Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will provide support to attract high calibre individuals across ASEAN & Australia to dss+ using a variety of tools.

• Support the Recruitment Lead with end-to-end management of recruitment assignments;
• Research, approach, assess and shortlist talent for roles across the region;
• Build country relevant talent pools across levels as well as talent pool relationship management;
• Utilise a variety of social media and recruitment platforms to attract the best talent;
• Assist with the implementation of appropriate tools, systems and processes to deliver pro-active solutions for recruitment processes;
• Development and maintenance of our Recruitment Collaterals - position descriptions, candidate messaging and recruitment process documentation;
• Contribute to and drive other Recruitment priorities.

• Qualifications in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded but we\'ll prioritise demonstrated, relevant experience;
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative / team environment;
• Strong attention to detail, goal-oriented and a natural problem-solver who can take the initiative or escalate as necessary;
• Demonstrable planning and organizational skills, able to manage concurrent projects and deadlines, ensuring delivery on time and on budget;
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office programs;
• Proven ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements;
• Experience of working with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams will be well regarded;
• Professionalism and integrity, exemplifying dss+ core values in way of working.
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within management consulting;
• Exceptional sourcing skills and a talent for engaging passive candidates;
• Superior interpersonal skills to build and sustain relationships with clients and candidates;
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a remote team, taking work directions from supervisors based in a different country;
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems or HR platforms;
• A desire to improve the Recruitment experience internally and for our candidates;
• Proactive and able to use your own initiative.
