Most importantly, we are committed to making your journey with us meaningful and fun.To strengthen our growing regional business in Singapore, we are looking for bright and ambitious talent to join as a Regional Benefits Senior Analyst.What can you expect?Exciting opportunity to grow your career with a leading HR Consulting firm.Work closely with senior team members on regional benefits advisory across key industries in APAC.Join a vibrant culture and affable team and enjoy a flexible work arrangement.Exposure to clients across a variety of industries and countries.We will count on you to:Project manage and deliver benefit surveys using Mercer\xe2\x80\x99s benefits survey platform across APAC.Manage end-to-end project benefit survey delivery (e.g. run custom polls and surveys, define survey structure, analyze survey results, formulate recommendations and employee communication plans, prepare client reports, etc.).Respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions pertaining to surveys.Conduct comprehensive regional benefits reviews (e.g. through executive interviews, employee focus groups, sentiment surveys)Manage projects relating to benefits valuation, benchmarking, redesign, etc.Conduct statistical analysis and data interpretation relating to survey operations and/or client queries.Prepare design surveys, industry insights and/or project documentation.Adhere to survey operation guidelines and Mercer\xe2\x80\x99s project management standards.Adopt methodology and documentation standards when managing surveys.Undertake peer review of surveys to ensure pre-survey publication is compliant and adheres to global and local standards.Provide analysis on regional benefits and share industry level insights and trends where required.Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders.Keep up to date on benefit developments within the HR space and across companies.Participate in data collection, validation, and cleaning where required.Build a holistic understanding of Mercer offerings across various lines of business and identify potential opportunities for clients based on their requirements.What you need to have:Prior experience in total rewards and/or benefits-related consulting.Strong interest in data analysis, reviewing benefits data, sales/revenue records and workforce distribution.Ability to articulate ambiguous data sets into well researched and high-quality outputs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.Attention to detail with prior project management experience.Ready to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.Ability to take ownership of your own continuous learning and career development.Advanced Excel application skills is advantageous (VBA and/or data analytics background is a plus)believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
