We are pleased to be partnering a US-headquartered Financial Services firm to appoint a spirited, independent and measured Regional Benefits Specialist. With global footprints that stretch across more than 20 offices throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas, the client is a huge advocate of diversity which speaks of their commitment towards continuous improvement, that is to ensure extant benefits offerings are able to meet ever-evolving employee needs.

The Benefits Specialist will work closely with his/her colleagues within the global Benefits team to ensure that the benefits portfolio is in line with local practices, regulatory requirements and financial costs/risks. The individual will support the Benefits Lead to ensure total rewards programs enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s ability to recruit and retain talent. Comprising a mix of developmental and administrative components, responsibilities mainly surround the provision of day-to-day benefits support such as data and inquiries, communications (monitor and update benefits related content, develop campaign to engage and inform colleagues), reporting and compliance (research data and prepare metrics to evaluate efficiency) among others.

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) professional who are interested to extend his/her passion in benefits on a regional level. You should have broad knowledge of the health and welfare landscape of the relevant jurisdictions. You have a consultative and engaging personality, and able to influence and partner with the global HR team.
