LocationSingapore The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. About the Team:
The Regional Marketing Solutions team is responsible for online marketing strategy/solution across external and internal media channels for brands. The role requires strong knowledge of the digital media, paid-owned-earned media model and potential growth drivers from brands on an e-commerce platform. In this role, you will be working with local marketing solution managers and other regional cross functional teams such as regional Brand Partnership, Regional Online Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
:

  • Support the regional Marketing Solutions and Brand Partnership team on client pitching and day-to-day contact
  • Act as a marketing consultant to regional brands to help them generate ROI
  • Work closely with Regional Online Marketing and Marketing Insights team to make sure all brand driven traffic has been accurately tagged and reported
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis and reporting on campaign and brand performance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, finance, or marketing.
  • Digital marketing experience that includes data-driven analysis of campaign performance; media agency or client facing background is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online marketing landscape in SEA Experience in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, FB Ads and other retargeting channels will be a plus
  • Experience in marketing presentations, project management, data analysis, and/or digital campaign management
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from across teams and levels
  • Ability to work with and analyse complex large scale data sets to derive insights
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to manage multiple projects and achieve business goals
