LocationSingapore The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. :

  • Manage Shopee’s in-house programmatic campaigns to drive marketing objectives through multiple Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
  • Execute all aspects of programmatic campaign management – planning, targeting strategy, tagging, delivery management, analysis, and reporting
  • Develop strategic optimisation based on data and trends, create testing frameworks to refine strategies and deliver outstanding results
  • Work closely with all DSPs, ad tech partners and agencies to effectively manage and drive new initiatives
  • Understand attribution and accurately measure the importance and ranking of each channel. Analyse data closely to identify and solve issues around measurement and verification
  • Explore and define areas to improve overall performance through various tech integrations including DSP, Publisher partnerships, Measurement/Analytics platforms and Data providers
  • Drive market analysis to find the optimal mix of digital channels to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations
  • Continuously refine and automate the operations processes of the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics or other quantitative majors
  • Good understanding of advertising technologies (Ad servers, Programmatic (Ad Exchange, RTB, PMP, etc.), Measurement and Verification, Attribution, Ad fraud)
  • 1-3 years of solid hands-on experience in programmatic platforms
  • Experience with Adserver, Analytics/MMP tools is a plus
  • Experience in Mobile marketing is a plus
  • Ability to communicate and articulate key insights and ideas in a clear and succinct manner
  • Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drives key business decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
  • Passion for performance marketing and experience in a start-up environment is desired
