LocationSingapore The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. • Facilitate Ads product(Facebook/Google) onboarding requests for regional.
• Oversee brand-funded Facebook/ Google campaigns performance.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting for issues related to campaign set up, catalog and reporting for Collaborative Ads.
• Ideate and formulate automation tools to improve efficiency of work processes in the team.
• Oversee ads product roadmap, and conduct test plan for new feature launch.
• Supervise campaign management team on experiment and best practice.
• Liaise with respective local teams to fulfil Ad-hoc requests.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in any discipline is required
• Experience in performance marketing is preferred
• Ability to work troubleshooting scenarios with a logical approach and thought process
• Ability to convey key insights to stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to achieve team and business goals
• Experience in project management, including process optimisation and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet and other Data Analytics tools
• Passionate about the e-commerce industry
