The Regional Brand Manager role, will be responsible to execute all marketing initiatives for the said markets and support the marketing manager in planning brand strategy that meet long term & short term goals.Key responsibilities: Take complete ownership of implementing brand strategy, planned with Marketing Manager Collaborate & manage media, creative agency partners & cross functional teams to deliver best in class campaign execution Deliver a consistent brand experience through omni channel marketing, with emphasis on instore, digital and activations Plan & execution of brands social media content strategy Support ecommerce team, in store design, promotion planning, thematic communications and ad buying Work closely with sales team to understand market gap & opportunities and ensure timely support Always on trade marketing Measure, analyze and report on marketing campaign effectiveness Monthly stakeholder reporting of market & competition insights & secondary sales performance Be responsible for A & P budget for the said category & marketsKey requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG marketing, personal care industry. Experience in skin or beauty care will be a plus Experience in Influencing traffic, conversions & store design on ecommerce platforms will be big plus Strong digital marketing experience in earned, paid, search & social media Good presentation and excel skills A start up mindset, with an ability to multi task, act independently & collaborate 25% travel required for the role
