Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales targets in your assigned territory/Customers and creating and maintaining a strong business relationship with assigned customers/territory by delivering the right value from Avantor. And this position must proactively execute the business strategies, negotiate effectively, and develop new business in existing and new accountsMAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide excellent customer service through knowledge of Single-Use System (SUS) and biopharma industry, handling inquires and eventual sales order with accountability and ownership Apply specialized SUS knowledge to determine customer's specific SUS requirements and provide tailored solution for their needs. Proactively develop and manage sales channels and key accounts, achieving business targets, both revenue growth and gross margin for SUS Provides input and support in a variety of SUS sales situations with very high degree of teamwork. This includes collaborating with functional team and innovation center on sales opportunities Provide strategic support for SUS such as competitor analysis, win/loss analysis, and strategic analysis. Execute business plan for developing business and marketing point to create new business and expand current business in SUS market Coordinate SUS approach between global sites and key accounts, generally in close collaboration with global manufacturing sites Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership Increase influence of Avantor single-use brand to maximize revenues Support new SUS product launches by seminars, workshop, or training organization Independently co-operate with the functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from new accounts Assist in the organization of sales and marketing activities/events, which contribute directly to the achievement of sales targets. Provide and analyze the sales forecasts, opportunity creation and maintaining in Cloud for Customer (C4C) Other duties as assigned with or without accommodations.QUALIFICATIONS At least degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical / Chemical Process Engineering or related Science Background Candidates with at least 3 years of sales experience in the life-science, biomedical or pharmaceutical research institutions, chemical industries and, preferably with key account management experience. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Passion in liaising with internal and external customers A team-player who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Prefer pleasant looking and outgoing character Must be highly personable; possess excellent communication skills. Good detail-oriented personality, excellent personal organization and time management skills
