  • Appropriate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a regional sales, lubricant Industry experience will be a plus.
  • Ability to work on cross country projects. Regional roles in Asia Pacific or Middle East an advantage.
  • In depth knowledge in strategic marketing and sales management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Good service attitude / Team player and can work independently

Business Development:
  • Identifying new opportunities for business growth.
  • Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote business growth.
  • Work with global KA team to extend global relations to AP zone.
  • Propose strategy and commercial business models.
  • Develop Industrial B2B customers and high value Distributor to meet growth in focus segments.
  • Prospecting of Global & Regional KAs to be registered on SALSA
  • Add projected Tons from the focused segments over the next 3years.
Affiliate Support:
  • Coordinate and follow up with the affiliates on a regular basis the status of sales results vs. budget.
  • Provide guidance to affiliates on commercial offers to key accounts.
  • Provide support on key products and applications through daily collaboration and international missions with affiliates.
  • Identify existing success stories and references in the zone and share for duplication to other APME zone.
  • Build contacts and keep close relationship with key Industry OEMs to identify future projects for the region.
