Manage and work closely with clients in SEA and South Asia, to bridge communication oversight and development of all projects
Conduct Sweet Spot Analysis (Attractiveness v/s ability to compete) & translate the analysis into Market Segmentation, Selection and Strategy for categories concerned
Track industry trends and identify gaps in the marketplace and translate them into business opportunities.
Conduct monthly business review and planning with key customers and principals Joint development and oversight of execution of marketing strategies to uphold brand image and expected standards
Strong relationship to be built with the principals and in-house staff to ensure operational requirements are met
Monthly monitoring of subsidiaries performance including sales, marketing spend, product off take, marketing effectiveness, execution of promotions etc
Frequent travel to markets concerned to oversee progress of seeding initiatives
Frequent travel to visit principals and suppliers for project progress & for new project induction or product launches
Spend at least 50% of the time to explore new markets and visit existing markets.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Sales or related disciplines with at 5 years in sales/business development experience in FMCG or related industry
Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise
Must be eligible to work in Singapore
Must be multilingual
Proven ability to drive the processes from start to finish
Sales minded and solution driven personality
Able to travel the region and work independently
Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
Being a good team player is a must
Able to work independently, results-oriented with strong business acumen
Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
