Job Description

• Manage and work closely with clients in SEA and South Asia, to bridge communication oversight and development of all projects
• Conduct Sweet Spot Analysis (Attractiveness v/s ability to compete) & translate the analysis into Market Segmentation, Selection and Strategy for categories concerned
• Track industry trends and identify gaps in the marketplace and translate them into business opportunities.
• Conduct monthly business review and planning with key customers and principals Joint development and oversight of execution of marketing strategies to uphold brand image and expected standards
• Strong relationship to be built with the principals and in-house staff to ensure operational requirements are met
• Monthly monitoring of subsidiaries performance including sales, marketing spend, product off take, marketing effectiveness, execution of promotions etc
• Frequent travel to markets concerned to oversee progress of seeding initiatives
• Frequent travel to visit principals and suppliers for project progress & for new project induction or product launches
• Spend at least 50% of the time to explore new markets and visit existing markets.

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Sales or related disciplines with at 5 years in sales/business development experience in FMCG or related industry
• Significant track record of achievement and success within the targeted field of expertise
• Must be eligible to work in Singapore
• Must be multilingual
• Proven ability to drive the processes from start to finish
• Sales minded and solution driven personality
• Able to travel the region and work independently
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills
• Being a good team player is a must
• Able to work independently, results-oriented with strong business acumen
• Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month Benefits:
