About The Role

As a Business Development Manager (Programmatic) you will be responsible for working with clients across Southeast Asia region. You will be someone who is interested in the world of Programmatic Advertising along with continuing to grow and sharpening your sales skills. You will develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.

Job Scopes:
  • Stay on top of industry and market trends to understand the advertising ecosystem and the market factors that drive decision-making.
  • Identify and develop relationships with agencies, trading desks, brands and DSPs across APAC
  • To realise and optimise the execution of programmatic sales strategy for new and existing clients
  • Ensure client campaigns are successful by communicating with clients on their business/campaign goals, providing strategic solutions/recommendations and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal Sales, Campaign and AdOps teams
  • Provide ongoing support to agencies, brands, trading desks & DSPs including running education and training sessions
  • Ensure continuous and effective optimisation of existing clients programmatic buys
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue expectations, ensuring a pipeline of new business opportunities
Background and skills requirement:
  • 4+ years of programmatic experience working with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, or other related technology, ideally working with medium-large publishers.
  • In-depth understanding of publisher/supply side ad technology stack.
  • Experience and understanding of both digital display advertising and video advertising buying are strongly preferred.
  • Experience collaborating across Sales, Programmatic Account Management
  • Self-starter, able to seek new partnerships or projects, and lead a project from start to finish
  • Able to communicate the value prop of programmatic media and buying and related technologies
  • Experience in leading long-term sales/partnership cycles
  • Ability to rapidly grasp new technology and product changes, and comfort with complex concepts
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation abilities
  • Proven communication, questioning, and listening skills in formal and informal settings
  • Understanding of programmatic buying models and bidding platforms like DV 360, TTD, Xandr
