Job Description


They are looking for a Client Experience Manager to report to the Marketing Manager.

Your regional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Defining the client targeting, journey and engagement implementation plans
  • Creating strategic online and offline activities and tools to create a service of excellence
  • Analyzing and establishing new customer retention strategies to implement in stores to increase the sales revenues
  • Working closely with the Retail, Product, Marketing, Visual Merchandising teams to put in place a coherent, efficient and targeted branding strategy and client experience
  • Generating market insights to identify opportunities
The successful candidate must have:
  • A business or marketing degree
  • 5 to 8 years of Client Experience, Customer Development roles in Singapore from luxury brands
  • Strong communication skills as you would work with many different shareholders
  • Ability to multi task and be efficient and organized
