Regional Clinical Training And Education Manager

Job Description

Our client is a global medical device MNC. We are looking for a qualified training and education manager to be part of their growing vascular intervention team in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for regional medical education initiatives that support the overall business strategy
  • Lead annual planning meetings with multi-disciplinary team to assess unmet educational needs and to assist with strategy development.
  • Evaluate current program objectives and metrics and work with key stakeholders to maintain procedural adoption and outcomes
  • Provide tools to help move strategies and programs forward from development through the planning and implementation phases.
  • Lead clinical education programs and hands on training stations
  • Support and attend scientific/society meetings and provide clinical expert support for live cases during Congresses where needed
  • Maintain lab kits, demos and other ad hoc projects
  • Manage ongoing field communication regarding surgeon training opportunities and customer targeting criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, life sciences or a related field
  • Self-starter and team player mindset able to determine and drive appropriate communications approaches with limited direction across cross functional teams
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, business judgment and keen attention to detail.
  • Results-driven individual with the ability to work in a multi-deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills and active listening
  • Willingness to travel extensively
