Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in any field.
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent organizational skills
Facilitate In-House training programs particularly on the job training and new store opening; must be able to reinforce training concepts in all levels and types of employees; capable of negotiating with training vendors on customized training programs.Job Type / Category
- Facilitate or direct internal training programs (Attitude building, values formation, motivational etc).
- Analyze program results as required by management to enhance training effectiveness.
- Assist development of training programs, activities and services to meet workforce training needs.
- Facilitate in the development of quality in-house trainers
- Responsible for appropriate conceptualization and production of training events outside regular companies outside regular company programs, including seminars, contests, etc.
- Willing to work in Kapitolyo Pasig City.
