As Regional Communications Specialist, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by ensuring high quality PR & Communications activities for the full region.
Together with the Regional PR & Communications Manaager, you work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.
You collaborate closely with the Customer Activation Team to be able to find synergies and maximize the effect of our earned communication, both internally & externally.
GENERAL
Responsible for communicating H&M messages in a trustworthy way, both externally and internally, together with HO and the Communications Manager.
Responsible of appointed regional Communications projects
You support the Regional PR & Communications Manager in setting tactics and plans that will support regional objectives, based on insights from each individual market and with H&M\xe2\x80\x99s customer in focus
Give input in Regional Customer Activation meetings, ensuring optimization of the ability to leverage on earned media
You give input, challenge and support PR & communication activities on Sales Market level where relevant
MEDIA RELATIONS
You are responsible for proactive Media Relations strategies/tactics to support regional objectives
Crisis Management, support, guide and coordinate when needed.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
You ensure the development of a strong overall regional communication plan, working effectively on a sales market level, requiring few adaptations and where synergies can be found between sales markets/other regions
Responsible of regional plan and content (articles, statements, messages, Q&A\xe2\x80\x99s etc) and publishing for our Internal channels.
Foster and maintain a good collaboration with the local HR department on internal communications and education activities.
Supports with internal communications guidance in Regional and Sales Market specific issues
Responsible for securing the quality and tone of voice in all translations of global material used in the internal communications channels
FOLLOW UP & MANAGEMENT
Follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and the business when possible
Review and process invoices associated to projects
