We are pleased to be partnering a European-headquartered conglomerate operating in the Oil & Gas industry to appoint a Compensation, Benefits & Performance Lead for the Southeast Asia region. The client prides itself on being led by an ethos emphasising environmental sustainability, and thus leverages on innovative technological means to deliver clean solutions. Recognising that Southeast Asia is gradually maturing in renewable energy investments, the client is looking for a strategic Human Resources practitioner who can helm Rewards strategies forcefully yet independently as business in the region continues to expand. This is a newly created role based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional HR Director, the successful individual will be taking reins of Total Rewards strategy for the entire Southeast Asia. On the Compensation front, you will be granted full ownership for the design and implementation of salary structures and job architectures appropriate for the Southeast Asian business. This includes helming harmonisation projects that stretch from conducting due diligence to post-implementation evaluations as mergers and acquisitions do form part of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business growth strategy. Additionally, you will serve as the point person responsible for ensuring the smooth running of appropriate Compensation modules under the new HRIS/SAP. Other responsibilities include partnering the Regional HR Lead to work on budgeting related matters from a Rewards perspective. Put simply, this role is highly client-facing, both internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a proven Rewards individual who ideally has experience setting up Rewards frameworks (i.e. willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands-on appropriately due to lean setup). A blend of consultancy and inhouse backgrounds will henceforth be looked upon favourably. Aside from staying current on latest best practices, you should possess strong analytical skills that would serve as the basis for making any grounded Rewards recommendations. As the role requires you to liaise with global/regional teams and to partner different client groups, including those at the senior levels, a proven track record of extensive stakeholder management is preferred.
