Now we are hiring a Regional Data & Analytics Manager in Singapore.LiveWhat you will doThe regional Data Manager, as part of the Digital, Technology and Innovation organisation, will partner with the regional Commercial Data & Analytics lead to understand the data and analytics requirements and oversee the development and use of data systems. This role involves discovering efficient ways to organise, store, and analyse data with a focus on security and confidentiality.The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of databases and data transformation processes, along with a tech-savvy attitude and excellent problem-solving skills to support the business needs. The goal is to ensure that information flows timely and securely to and from the organisation, as well as within.Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and serving as a technical business analyst in data-related initiatives, particularly CRM-related data, in the JAPAC region.
• Work closely with the commercial data and analytics business lead and stakeholders to set expectations, plan analytical projects, and deliver on technical requests.
• Deliver quality data that supports decision-making within the business.
• Collaborate with the Regional IS Data Lead and IS teams on regional initiatives.
• Coordinate with sponsors and other functional teams, especially those involved in field engagement, to address shared issues and risks related to data, tools, etc.
• Work closely with the Scrum Master and manage a team of data engineers to streamline data sets, supporting sustainable reporting for all standard and ad-hoc analytics requests.
• Practitioner of Scaled Agile Framework.

Additional Responsibilities

• Enforce systems governance and policies set by the Business Commercial data and analytics team for effective data management.
• Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.
• Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis, with attention to all technical aspects.
• Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders, etc.
• Support others in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to processes, legal, and company standards.
• Assist with data extraction when needed.
• Monitor and analyse information and data systems, evaluating their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades, etc.).
• Ensure digital data is protected from unauthorised access, security breaches, and data losses.
• Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorise maintenance or modifications.

WinWhat we expect of youQualifications

• Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or like field preferred.
• Work Experience: 6+ years of experience in relevant fields of data, reporting and analytics.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Strong analytics skills.
• Experience with Amazon Redshift, Alteryx and big data technologies or similar background is preferred.
• Experience handling multiple stakeholders and teams with significant complexity.
• Demonstrates good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
